What Personal Data do we hold?
We only hold personal information that you provide to us such as your title (mr, mrs), name(s), billing and delivery address, telephone number, and email address. We will also hold any correspondences you send to us by what ever means you send them. We also store your preference as to whether or not you wish to receive our emailed newsletter.
We keep a copy of your purchase history which includes the products you bought, the price you paid and when they were supplied.
Although we take payment details when you place an order, these details are held by our payment processor PayPal and cannot be accessed by ourselves. We cannot process your payment details again to take additional payment, but we can refund money back to you.
What do we do with your data?
We use your data to; Process your Payment. To deliver your goods. To send you a newsletter if you have opted in, and to make statistical analysis to improve how we serve our customers.
Who do we share this data with?
Your data is shared with our order processing provider (WooCommerce) and our payment processor (Apple Pay, Google Wallet, PayPal, or Strip) during the creation and payment of your order depending on the payment option you choose. Your delivery name, address, telephone number, and email address will be provided to our couriers for the delivery of your purchased goods.

Our order processing pages and payment processing pages where you enter your personal information are hosted on secure https web pages.

If we are required by the law to fulfill the request we will supply the information free of charge. Before doing so we may request additional information and proof of identity. If any of the data we hold is incorrect you can request us to update it.

All customers can opt into receiving an emailed newsletter featuring for example: new product releases, offers, and news. Customers can unsubscribe from this mailing list by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email or by contacting us with a request to be removed. Removals are carried out immediately in the case of the unsubscribe link in the newsletter and within days by email, post, or phone.
